Godaddy 4GH® Web Hosting?

Aug 20th, 2015

A typical query about web hosting:

Is Godaddy a good host if in terms of pricing? Economy 4gh packaged Support Html Language because I don’t see it included in the list. Just:

  • Server Side Includes (SSI)
  • PHP5°
  • PERL (v 5.8.0)
  • PHP (v 4.3.11 & 5.1.2)
  • Python (v 2.3 & 2.4)

I am not sure if I need all those languages and features.

Answer: You are not alone. Web hosting is one of the most important part of your web presence and can mean the life or death to your business.

All web hosts primarily support html language. However, it depends upon the web host on what other programming languages will it support. When it comes to selecting the best web host that support html language, no one can replace Hostgator. HG has cpanel where you can manage your hosting account and the best part of it is you can try them for a penny!

Before we answer your question, let us review the 7 features to look for in a good web hosting. An excellent hosting:

  1. has excellent support and rated at least A+ by Better Business Bureau (BBB),
  2. gives more-than-enough diskspace,
  3. offers unlimited bandwidth,
  4. gives unlimited add-on domains,
  5. has easy-to-use Site Builder,
  6. has Fantastico and QuickInstall to quickly install apps like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, OSCommerce, ZenCart and more
  7. can be easily upgraded to VPS or one of the best dedicated server plans if and when your business require.

Answering your question, why not try Hostgator. If you are building your first website and needs a hosting plan, experts usually highly recommend going with Hostgator because they are the best domain hosting around.

What if you find out that Hostgator sucks after you signed up with them? HG has an amazingly long, 45 days money back guarantee so you have ample time to test them out. They are rated A+ by Better Business Bureau which shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. You also do not have to pay for the first month. You can just try their fully functional hosting service – you pay only $0.01 (you need to use the special coupon ). Do you know any other hosting company that can give you that kind of assurance? Anybody can grab an account from Hostgator for almost FREE.

How to Get an Unlimited Hosting Plan for Only 1 Cent

Click the coupon below try Hostgator cPanel hosting for almost free. If you already know that Hostgator is what you want, you can even save 25% off the normal price.

Who Should Not Try Hostgator

To be honest, no web hosting service is perfect. Drawback of Hostgator includes:

  1. No free domain name – but you can easily get a domain name from the best domain registrar such as Godaddy or Namecheap for $10 or less. Would you agree that a website is not complete without a domain name?
  2. You need to pay full price after your first invoice – well, they need to make money too and all the support and great service do come with a cost

If you are still not sure if HG is right for you, or you have specific query about anything at all, try the Live Chat at HG. They are fast and knowledgeable. Just shoot them some questions before you decide.

Yes, every web host supports HTML.

There are some better hosting options than Godaddy.

    I recommend one of these:

iPage has the best offer right now.

Their standard price is $95/year ($7.95) but they have a 56% sale right now, one year of hosting for $42/year ($3.50/month).

    Their plan includes:

    Unlimited disk space
    Unlimited bandwidth
    Free domain name

They’re one of the oldest web hosting companies, founded 1998, also one of the largest, currently hosting over a million websites.

They include a free point & click online site builder so you can create a website without any programming (easily, just by drag and drop) or you could install WordPress (they include easy, one click install from their control panel), choose a theme that you like, and start adding content.

They also have a great custom control panel with OneClick installs of all the popular software like WordPress, Joomla, Forums, Chat, Galleries, Online stores and a lot more.

I build websites for a living and I never and will never use GoDaddy for more than buying a domain, I don’t recommend them, however I usually recommend HostGator they are way better and more user friendly then GoDaddy, but if you want check out the link below and get the reviews of the top 10 hosting sites in the market.

Go Daddy is quite a reputable company on the web. But that reputation of Godaddy has mainly come from the domain registrar. In hosting, it is not that commonplace. There are other reputable names in web hosting. And according to me you should look for those better options.

HTML is of course supported. If you find one web hosting provider which doesn’t support please, let us know :p.

Godaddy is a serious company that’s for sure. However, they have supported SOPA and that shouldn’t be forgotten easily.

If you look for others companies which are also as reputable :
